Brut Sparkling White - Traditional Method

This predominantly Chardonnay blend with a touch of Pinot Noir produces a top quality wine with an unusually creamy texture. This Brut sparkling white is made and blended directly at the estate. It reveals its delicately creamy and persistent bubbles after 12 months in our winery.

Brut Sparkling Rosé - Traditional Method

Pinot Noir, Cabernet and Melon B. come together perfectly for a combination of citrus and red fruit flavours in this wine with a creamy finish.

Extra Brut Sparkling White - Traditional Method

This Extra Brut sparkling wine is made following the traditional method, exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. It is a Prestige wine which is in a category of its own. Hand-harvested and aged for 24 months on lees, it shows remarkable finesse in its bubbles and a distinctively full and generous mouthfeel. The finish is creamy with hints of brioche and toasted almond aromas, making it ideal to drink on its own, beside the fire with friends.
